Not all third-party batteries are able to show Battery Health. Ask the seller/manufacturer if the batteries are able to. If you have a battery that should be able to show Battery Health percentage but still shows “Service”, try: (1) Update to newest iOS (2) Reset iPhone This worked for me when I had this issue

This is the solution that worked for me on an iPhone 7. I had the exact same problem. The touch worked fine outside of the frame, but stopped working as soon as I clicked it in place. I found out that if I took some transparent 3M tape over the LCD/touch connectors as shown in the picture, it worked fine when installed Not sure if this works for the iPhone 7 plus though
