Réponse à : « New screen not very responsive »This sounds like a faulty screen, the problem with buying cheap replacement parts is they are manufactured cheaply thus more of the screens have problems. i would send it back to the supplier and buy a new screen but do your research and don't buy the cheapest screen available.
Réponse à : « iPhone reboots after apple logo »I would change the battery as battery problem can cause this problem.
Réponse à : « 2 New LCD's will not turn on after LCD replacement? »Is there anyway we can flash the lcds ourselves, I have a bunch of these units with this problem and would rather do it myself. It will cost me more delivery to send them back to china.
Réponse à : « Volume is not woriking but Ringer Buttons are fine. »Yeah, this is a audio ic problem. I'm afraid it will need re flowing to fix the issue. Regards Alyn jones

Réponse à : « Why does my phone now not charge at all after dock replacement? »The dock connecter plugs into the logic board and is cover by a plate which has 2 screws in it, (see image) aslong as you connected that connector it should charge unless you have a faulty dock connector. try another replacement dock connector. hope this helps
Réponse à : « Why does my phone keep turning off? »This could be a software issue, please connect to itunes and perform a backup, once baccked up proceed to do a restore, once restored set up as new phone but do not restore the backup just yet. now disconnect from computer and test the phone to see if it is still shutting off, if not the you are good. now connect to itunes again and restore the backup, once the backup is restored disconnect from computer again and test, if still working correctly the your all done but if the phone starts playing up again the problem will be in you backup and you will have to lose this backup by restoring and setting up as new phone again and starting afresh. hope this helps
Réponse à : « LCD with gray lines or discoloration (help and advice) »Hello, Normally the issue is caused by stress on the lcd flex cable and is usually fixed by either replacing the lcd flex or relacing the whole lcd with a new cable, i cetainly would not reccommend hitting the ipad as this will just cause more problems. simply fix it by replacing the lcd flex but sometime have to replace the display also. Please give this a try and if it does not solve the problem please let me know and i will try and help you futher.
Réponse à : « Volume is not woriking but Ringer Buttons are fine. »Hello Alyssa, my name is alyn , The proble with your iPhone sounds like the audio ic chip has malfunctioned... this is a known problem with cetain iPhone 4 models and the only way to get this problem sorted out is to have the audio ic reflowed. you will need to take your phone to a qualified repair shop to have this done. one question does the sound work through headphones? if it is not the audio ic then it might be the dock connector as this can also cause the same sort of problem sometimes but my money is with the audio ic being faulty. hope this helps
Réponse à : « iPhone 5s no service »With your sim inside the phone and the device powered on try switching aeroplane mode on for 5 seconds and then back off and wait for a signal if doesn't work repeat the process again. If that doesn't work the try another restore and if that doesn't work you need to run a report to see if the device is blocked.
