If the keys on your Logitech K345 do not register, and/or the letters do not project onto the computer screen, follow this troubleshooting guide.
Items are Blocking the Wireless Connection
Check if your keyboard and mouse are too far or blocked off from your device. Since they connect through Bluetooth to the USB receiver, the connection can become weaker if it’s farther away or blocked off from the receiver (for example a wall, a metal cup, etc.) Remove any obstacles between both connections or bring the keyboard and mouse closer to the receiver.
Connectivity Issue with your Device
If your keys are not registering it might be a connection issue with your device or the device is faulty.
Try connecting your keyboard and mouse to a different computer, if it still does not work you will need to replace your device completely.
Multiple Bluetooth Connections in One Area
Ensure you aren’t using another wireless keyboard nearby. Having more than two Bluetooth devices in one location could create a software conflict, preventing you from connecting your device.
In order to solve this issue you may need to disconnect one device from the computer and/or remove the device from the room completely.
Dusty Keyboard
Sometimes after an extended period of use the device may have a dust/dirt buildup under the keys and even sometimes within the keyboard itself.
In this instance, you will need to purchase a can of air duster and spray it beneath the keys to remove the debris. If you are still having issues, unscrew the base of the board and use the air duster to clean off the inside of the keyboard.
