After Replacing Battery iPhone wont stop doing the charging sound

After replacing my iPhone 4s with a new battery,

At start i tried to turn on my phone but nothing happend so i connected it the the wall socket and it just do the sound of charging every 5-6 seconds..

LCD doesnt show anything and itunes wont detect the phone..

Anyone knows whats the problem?
