When replacing the digitizer I ripped the antenna near the home button in half. I still have it and pieced it back together with the adhesive backing and put it back in place. Before I put it back together, will the Wi-Fi signal still be as strong? When I hit the power button I still have a full signal. Thanks for answering!!!

No, it will work if you are next to a router, don't think you are the only one that has done this, I wont open an ipad 2 without a new pwr volume control cable and a wifi cable, it's real tough to remove the digitizer without this happening, good luck, If this Answer is helpful please remember to return and mark it Accepted.
