Is there any issue with MBPros and Hybrid Drives?

I Bought this item from iFixit:

500 GB SSD Hybrid 2.5" Hard Drive

But for some reason, when my mac book wakes up from sleep, it seems that it looses all writing privileges to my HD.

Is there any way to fix this?

Options

You could run Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility:DFA-Repair Permissions, do a Single User boot and run /sbin/fsck -fy or, if neither of those solve the problem use the contact iFixit link at the bottom of the page. (We are DIY help forum volunteers - not iFixit employees).
