Hello I have a problem on my Iphone 4S two missing parts either a capacitor or inductor, one is a little bigger than the other one. because of those two parts missing.... the phone SIM does not work or get signal now. this is next to the sim tray on the board. please see pictures with
the red squares.

Hector Trochez, those are both EMI filters.
FL2_RF 68OHM-25%-0.5A EMI Filter beads available at places like this

It actually solders on both sides to the surface of the board
Does it have a circuit beneath or is there a hole in the board? So you mean to say it solders a pice 100% to the board?
No hole in the board. Those parts are called surface mount devices. The traces run through the layers of the logic board. The components connect to the traces by soldering either end to the surface of the board, check on here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Surface-mou... for more info:-)
Hello, Thanks for the info, I ordered Part FL2-RF from Mouser and it came black color, the one in the board it's light green yellowish. it looks a bit smaller too.
