iPhone 5s drop into water?

Yesterday my iphone 5s dropped into water. I dry it with hairdryer. A few mins later i turn it on, and it was on. But, because i saw a water spot on the screen so i turned it off again. After a few hours i tried again to turn it on but it doest work. I plugged into charger and it became so warm. And still cannot turned on. What should i do now? And i hear something moving inside the phone everytime i shake it.

My iPhone 5s dropped into water and as fast as possible it was removed and i turned it on then i restarted it pressing both home button and turn on button then it turned off then off so i get a bag of rice filled for a night then other day i plug it then i feel a vibration along the metal

Azmi Makarima, skip the rice. It will not prevent corrosion nor will it fix the phone, it is a misleading myth. The very first thing you want to do is to not try to restart the phone. This may further damage your phone. you also do not want to try to charge it any further. The next thing to do is to clean it. Disassemble your phone using these guides. Once it is disassembled, you do need to clean it properly. You will need high grade isopropyl alcohol and a soft brush. Use this guide to see how to clean it. Even so it was written for an apple iPhone3G all the points are still pertinent to your phone. Do not forget to remove the EMI shields for proper cleaning. While you are cleaning it, check for any broken, missing or burned looking components. When it is properly cleaned, replace the battery. All these steps are to avoid delayed failure caused by corrosion. Once all this is done, reassemble your phone and reevaluate. Hope this helps, good luck.

First of all, you made two huge mistakes:

Never try to dry a water-damaged phone with a hairdryer, and don't try to charge it or turn in on.

While drying it with your hairdryer you force the water to spread out all over the logic board, causing more damage then it does good.

You can try to give the logic board a good clean. Just like oldturkey03 said. I personally have good experience with http://irevivespray.com/.

Everything is correct, however after that process do NOT turn your phone on. The corrosion is still inside, and that is what's causing the damage. By powering on your phone, you will only make it worse. Bring it to a repair shop or do a logic board clean yourself.

You need to send the phone to apple store or somewhere else to get it fixed.

You should firstly put it into rice to try it then leave it alone for a few days to let it try completely. Maybe after several days, you can find it is OK as it was. Don't worry, though it becomes dead for good. Happy every day!
