I need to know how you are supposed to instal the sd card. I see the slot behind the battedy and i am confused because it is unlike any i have seen. this phine is being mailed to my mother on monday so i need an anzwed asap please. Thank you

Hello Michelle,
If you would be able to post a picture I could help you further however if that is not an option you can always have your mother take it into Verizon or an authorized dealer like Best Buy (wait time is a lot less) they can install it for her! Hope this helps!
