2 Why can't I take pictures?
I cannot take pictures because my back camera isn't working. How do I fix this?

There are different things that could be going on with your camera. First of all, hopefully you are looking at the right (front, or back) camera and it is not obstructed. Assuming this is the case, you can try cleaning the lens or check if it is obstructed from inside. If this camera is not obstructed then you may have a faulty connection. But take a look at the Troubleshooting page, I hope it helps.
