Ordered rear housing from Replace Base which included: Vibrating Motor, internal button cable, wifi antenna, top mic.
After replacing everything into the new housing, the only thing that didnt work was the vibrate motor. I thought maybe the new one was just broken so I replaced it with my old working one, which also didnt work.
What is causing the issue?

Make sure that the two points are making contact and there is not a rip in your flex cable
