When the computer is running the system shuts down without any warning errors showing. Upon starting the system again the system wants me to run windows in safe mode.

You need to isolate whether this is a hardware/electronics issue or whether its just bad software.
Format your computer to re install your system, and if it still shuts down quickly/randomly then your hardware/electronics is faulty.
If its a software issue, reset your PC to factory settings.

try to clean the internal fan , especially like cpu heat sink.. the shout down may cause from hot temperature..
