Digitizer/Screen keeps popping up after replaced? any help?

I have replaced the screen/digitizer on probably 5 or 6 ipad 2's and on every single one i have replace the most difficult thing is to keep the screen/digitizer glued down, it keeps popping up in one problem area on every IPAD. I have used the adhesive that the new screens come with, i have also tried buying different adhesive and still get the same issue. I make sure the frame is cleaned of any and all old adhesive and i make sure that the frame isn't obstructing the new screen from laying flush. So far i cannot find any answer and i dont understand why im having such a hard time with this issue. Every video i watch never puts much information into this problem and always act as if you just place it down in the right place and it always stays. Any help would be very greatly appreciated. I am finding myself straying away from IPAD repairs because of this issue and if anyone has any answers it would be greatly appreciated. thx

Hi david,

This has been answered before. See here and let us know if it helped.

I've found that properly seating the digitizer and digitizer cable will allow the panel to sit flush without any kind of pressure.

When putting the screen back on an iPad, I've found that the adhesive works better if it's heated up after you place the screen on. The best way to do this is to use the iOpener to provide heat while gently applying pressure to the area of the screen that you are heating

I have this problem, too, except it is on my iPhone 5S. I have replaced the screen a couple of times, but the affects haven't been clear until the screen started popping up on the side where the volume buttons are. It also has been shutting down continuously every time I do so little as tap the screen. The phone is old, but I found out that it can be fixed; the battery is just swelling up from overcharging and all I have to do is replace it. I'm not sure if it is the same for iPads but hopefully it may work as well!
