Why does my HP Laserjet CP1215 printer print 2 lines on printouts?

It draws two lines on the page when I print with my HP Laserjet CP1215. Not sure what it can be. Does the film has something to do with it?

What color are the lines.. I would recommend replacing those drum cartages http://alpspecialists.com/
