Hard Key not working

The Kindle 4 has 4 models released September 28, 2011.

Options

The keys on the kindel device are not functionong prperly. Some times, i cna chnage the page and some timethey do not respond.

Also sometimes, more than one page is flipped

Have you tried a "hard" reset, holding down the power button for 30-40 seconds?
