men, use the power on pads. Bridging those two pads should power on your MBA unless there are other issues with it.

Hey men
What is probably the easiest way to do this, would really be just to remove the MacBook’s battery. If the battery isn’t present the power button becomes disabled because your power runs from the charging brick the MacBook came with. So if you connect the MagSafe connector, the Mac turns on instantly. If you disconnect it the MacBook kills because there is no power.
