I have a Blu studio 5.0 ll and everytimes I tries to turn it on it won't turn on all the way it'll come on and stops at BLU.. Please help if you know whats going on thanks

It looks like the problem might be within the motherboard or the battery. In order to fix this, the motherboard and/or battery will have to be replaced. Visit the Troubleshooting page and repair guides for additional information.

I have a Blu studio mega 6.0 when I bought the phone I charged it for a hour it still won't come on and I put it on my PC and it's still not working what do I need to do or can someone please help it's a brand new phone

check the voltage on your battery likely it is shorted and pushing to much voltage see it all the time

How cAn i check my battery if i have a 7.0??
I dropped my blu cell phone bottom side first on a can of Lysol now it doesn't turn on, or power up.

It has a select boot mode on the front of the phone it won't turn on

The phone has been wet or the phone is bricked bad battery or cable ,charger if it is wet trying to flash the combination file will permanently damage the device short answer if phone is wet inside it must completely dry before turning it on then replace charger and cable then if battery is removable test the voltage on it if it's less then 2.5v battery is damaged if all else is good flash the combination file with odin or compatible software fir blu

same with me ....... my blu phone is stick at the "BLU" logo when i start it up..........>_<

My phone happened as it was on the charger....went to look at it & tried turning it on & only the BLU comes on the screen.......
