Phone is not turning on no matter what I do

If the phone is not turning on, it might be because the battery is damaged. Try turning your phone on while charging the battery. If this does not work, the battery will have to be replaced.

If the phone is not turning on, try rebooting your phone by pressing the power button and the volume at the same time. If the phone is not responding to this, it might be that the power button is damaged and has to be replaced.

If the phone is not responding to any of the solutions above, it might also be the case that the display is not working. In this case, the display/screen on the phone will have to be replaced.

Ultimately, if the phone is still not turning on, it is most likely that the motherboard is damaged/not responding, in which case it will have to be replaced.

Even though I have plenty of battery left, the phone turns off

If the phone turns off when reaching 25% of its battery life, it is most likely that the battery is drained/damaged. In this case, the battery will have to be replaced for a new one.

I'm not able to place calls and phone says not detecting any SIM card

This might be a problem with the SIM card itself. In order to fix this problem, the SIM card will have to be replaced.

If replacing the SIM card is still not working, then it is most likely the problem is within the motherboard. In this case, the motherboard will have to be replaced.

Whenever I change the volume, my screen freezes

If the screen keeps freezing when adjusting the volume, it might be because the display is damaged. In this case, replacing the display might fix the issue.

If the screen still freezes after replacing it, the problem might be fixed by replacing the motherboard.

I'm not able to receive and/or download any pictures in my messages

If picture messages are not downloading, it might be that there is not available storage in the device in order to download the picture. In order to fix this problem, clear some storage space or expand the memory.

If the storage is not the problem, then the SIM card might be damaged and will have to be replaced by a new one.
