Dell Inspiron 14R has horizontal waves traveling from bottom to top?
On my Dell Inspiron 14R, while using it, I can see horizontal waves flickering on the screen from bottom to top.
This is not specific with any program or at any specific time after starting to use the laptop.These waves are continuous.
Is it a loose connection or a display needs to be changed?
I have been using this laptop since last 4+ years. It sits on the Belkin twin fan cooling pad which runs continuous with the laptop.
How can I repair it?

Usually what you describe would indicate a bad LCD panel, but if you can post a video that would help.
