printer appears to be fine while printing, but resulting page is blank

I have new ink cartridges in the printer, and when it is cued to print, all seems to be normal.

However, when the paper is ejected, instead of having the printed copy on it, it is totally blank.

I have the same problem but I can scan or copy and it prints ok
