NO POWER when not plugged in
MY LAPTOP WONT RUN UNLESS BOTH THE battery and power plug is connected and computer cuts off even if the battery is fully charged what should i do

Download and run Coconut battery and tell us the condition of the battery:http://www.coconut-flavour.com/coconutba...
Then look under the Apple to "about this mac" and tell us EXACTLY which iBook G4 you have.

I have the exact same problem. I ran Coconut battery and the results are that the battery is not charging. It has a current capacity of only 256mAh, 6%. What can I do about it?
