Why wont my phone cut back on?

Today A little earlier my phone automatically appeared on the reboot screen on its on And I didnt didnt know what i was doing so i pressed recovery because I didnt want to rebot my Phone After that my phone powered off So I waited a while before trying to power back on & when I finally tried to powerback on it wouldnt wouldnt come on What should I do ?
