Solution retenue

You're going to loose your data if you don't have a back-up, as you need to wipe and restore your iPad.

Download latest version of iTunes on your computer.

Turn off your iPad

Press and hold Home Button; while still pressing on Home Button, connect the iPad to your computer using an original sync/charge cable via a USB port.

The iPad will restart, and iTunes will tell you it detected in iPad in restore mode.

Then you will be prompted to download and restore the latest iOS version for your device. Leave the iPad connected and undisturbed until it finishes this process and restarts from factory settings.

This may take a while if you have a slow internet connection.
