How to open a Oneplus one charger

Launched in spring of 2014, the OnePlus One packs a 5.5" display and runs the Android-based CyanogenMod 12S operating system. Model "ONE A0001."

Would like to know how do you open up the oneplus one charger.

mine fell from a ridiculosly low height (about 1 foot) and stopped working since.

Presume some wire inside got loose since I cant imagine anything got shattered from such a poor fall.
