Grey Spots When Taking Photos

Hi guys. So pretty much, as you can see I have grey spots when taking photos.

I've cleaned both sides of the lens, removed the camera and cleaned the lens of that too but no joys. What are these grey spots and is there a way of getting rid of them without replacing the camera itself?
