Cjp, this could be caused by the power failure circuitry on your TV. Check this video and see if that applies to you. I also attached the troubleshooting flowchart for your TV. Let us know what you find

I can turn on my tv but it only stay power up for about 10 seconds and go off
@miamya what have you checked? Any blinking lights after it turns off? How long before you can restart it? What make and model is your TV?
