WiFi services broken Bluetooth

Hi ever since my lollipop update all my WiFi services have been down blue tooth hotshot WiFi all been disabled won't turn on keeps turning off on its own goes dim then back to off I reset phone tried a load of different things nothing is happening it's a pain in the arse now Samsung can't fix it it's all because of update it's on Google
