Is My Screen Broken? Battery Replacement Gone Wrong. :(

Hi, Everyone.

I tried to save some money by replacing my battery myself, and it looks like it will just end up costing me more in the end. Can anyone confirm if this LCD/digitizer are broken? I thought everything went well with the repair, but the bottom part of the screen looks horrible, and the screen only responds in a few places. I tried to re-seat the LCD cable and digitizer cable multiple times, but it looks the same. Can I somehow try to re-seat them on the LCD panel side? Do I need a new panel?
