hi , check the drain line , locate on the back of the valve , make sure the connection is secured with either a hose clamp or threaded plastic compression nut. Then make sure the drain hose is secured to a drain tube shared with the clothes washer or secured to the drain sink and the drain isn’t plugged( it would be over flowing ). The Brine tank where salt goes has a 4 inch tube with a cap and hose attached to it, this is the brine fill valve, some times it can get stuck and if so the valve wont shut the flow to the brine fill process of the cycle. Most models have an over flow drain valve that in most cases does not have a drain hose attached thus draining to the floor. Lastly most systems recharge in early hours of the morning when no to little water is in use as if water is run during cycle the hot water tank will fill with hard water. You may need to reset the factory settings which usually is easy to do and check the drain lines as well as the valve it should fix the leaks, good luck
