How do you turn on cellular internet?

I bought this Samsung Galaxy Core phone SM-G360M/DS to use Tracfone. It asked if I wanted to turn off cellular internet. I pay by the minute so I turned it off. Now I can not find how to reactivate cellular internet. Four people have tried and failed. It is not in settings we have been all over settings. Thanks for any help.
