Why is my iPhone 4S not booting?

I had iOS 8 (jail broken) on my device. I decided to restore it. I restored it internally using settings. During the restored there came a point where it was booting like it should with a bar underneath. I waited and waited it never booted up. My home button is broken. My phone charges when I connect it to power or my laptop running Windows. Windows does not detect anything. As soon as a disconnect it from power after 10-20 minutes it switches off saying low battery.

I would like to add one thing:

When I boot my iPhone and immediately I press the "volume up" button for sometime the apple logo and the bar beneath it turns a bit warm (it seems as if f.lux is working).

But only the screens turns warm and nothing else.

Udbhav Saxena, sounds like you have a couple of issues going on here. I would suggest that you take care of those first. Use these guides to replace your battery and repair your home button. For as long as you have those parts broken, you may run into all kinds of difficulties and it will be hard to properly troubleshoot.

MY friend , you may have many problems at your phone , first you have to check your battery , or change it with a new one , but befor doing , you have to use an external power supply as a phone charger to check if it is a true , or fake charging ,( if Ampare indicator moves with any value means true , if not move means fake charging ) , you should also check the charging flex cable , and change if needed, i hope this helps you
