How to fix a hard bricked device?

I hard bricked my moto g while upgrading it from 4.4.4 to 5.0.2....how can I fix it? And what is the cost of fixing it if I give it to motorola service center?

no fix uptil now waiting for the motorola to release the MBM CI 5.0 files for the Moto G xt1032.
