it stops at turn on
the screen is always black and the fans go very quickly

This is the "panic mode". The computer doesn't know what to do and revs up the fans as a safety measure. Usually, with these line of Macs it boils down to a faulty graphic chip and/or bad caps on the logicboard. Please read the other posts related to this problem.
