Can you repair a broken copper band cable from the lower bodytoupper

Can you repair a broken copper band cable from the lower body to the upper body ? My cell works but I can NOT see ANYthing on my screen. I dropped it on the road . A piece of plastic was already, previously broken....on the hinge, so the phone separated into two pieces ! Dang it !!

AND....approximate cost please. THANK YOU !

Options

You can fix this! The fastest way is to just order another phone of the same model and simply swap the logic boards. This would be the fastest way. All of your information would still be in the phone then.
