My blu studio screen is stuck on Blu..and won't come on..
My phone is stuck..only thing it is showing is the word BLU..Could it be a possible virus?? And can that be fixed??

Hi,
You need to hard reset your phone.
Here is a link to show you how. Scroll down to the section "Performing a factory reset from hardware buttons"

Be aware that when you perform a hard reset you will lose all downloaded apps and user data. Your phone will be restored to factory default condition
Be patient it takes a few minutes

I did the hard factory reset , did everything the video said, and I'm still stuck at the freaking booting screen.. Can anyone help me with this?

This does not seem to work for a multitude of blue phones whether it's a 7 or 5.5 mine did that about a yr ago so now I have had for a yr a blue 5.5 paper weight that I got 5 months use from since then I have stayed away from blue phones and warn people away from them. they brick easy. Yes I'm upset about it had my daughters graduation on it video was an hr long lost for good along with pics I can never take again.

the link sends you to i fix it studio 7 i enter studio 5.5 and get the same set of instructions that do not work holding the vol. up down and power gets in the recovery but then i get android with the red triangle so guess i now have a cheap dead paper weight

I have a blu studio 7 and it is known on the home screen. BLU BOLD LIKE US
Did you solve it? Mine also stays on that screen after wipe (hard reset)

I have the same problem of being stuck on the Blu Screen but my phone's volume button isn't working for some days now before it started and I can't enter recovery mode without it.
Any suggestions for my case please?

My blu mini studio lte also does not go down in the toolbar, it only opens the applications that are in the middle of the screen. I already did the recovery process, but nothing solved

Not trying to discourage you in any way...however, for whatever reason(s), this problem arises in a great many of the Blu models. If I were you, the first thing I'd try to do is a "reset". The are a great many tutorials on the web instructing you how to that. Next, there's taking the battery out for a certain amount of time (suggestions vary from about 15 secs to 10 mins), then reinstall it. Last, but certainly not least, it the fact that the battery may need to be replaced. May sound strange to you, but a battery that is "failing" WILL cause a multitude of problems. If your battery is older than a year, in Blu phones, it is suggested you replace it. Hope you get your phone working properly real soon and if any of these suggestions helped, please post a reply stating which one(s) for the other folks that may incur this problem.

if reset doesn’t work then to enjoy music without a pause i suggest to download MX Player from playstore and go to setting and then to List and then to File extension and add mp3 and refresh MX Player and enjoy music in background..

Not quite sure what answer / directions you are referring to but the Chosen Solution describes, via the link, the method for performing a hard reset, using the hardware keys, for a Blu Studio 7. This was in response to the question asked by the OP above

Sorry, I don't have an answer/solution. I too have a very similar problem w/ Studio 5.0C HD. It's stuck in bootloop and cannot be turned off nor set into "recovery". All I can do is wait for the battery to run down to stop the annoying music from the bootloop. The way this phone is constructed, it doesn't appear to be able to "open" it up and take out the battery.(?) BTW, when connected to the PC, Win7 wouldn't/couldn't load the mt65xx prelaoder driver(s).....possibly due to bootlooping, but IDK. Hoping someone can lend some good advice and help me get this %#*@ thing working again.
