Mac is dead after connecting power bank cord into a usb

I connected my power bank to mac usb port for charging (big mistake) and it is dead.

What should I do to restart it?

Sat4 it is imperative that you identify your computer absolutely correctly. "Mac" description is about as broad as saying your Ford don't work.
