My Galaxy Note 4 has a habit now of shutting off whenever i use the camera itself or an app that uses the camera, and when it shuts off i need to constantly take the battery out and put it back in in order to re start it. I have purchased 3 genuine Samsung batteries thinking that may fix the problem but it does it with all 3 of them and im now unsure what to do

could be a bad app or camera mech issue. first, delete the apps that could be the problem. if that doesnt work do a factory reset.
