Epson WF 2650 size incorrect every time

Epson printer says incorect paper size ..press copy on printer panel and it says incorrect paper size, try to correct it but it wont allow me to change .Place a4 letter on scanner bed , press copy , check paper size , press right arrow button to change paper size .Wont allow me to change paper size .
