Comes on but is stuck on "BLU bold like us" screen.
Turned phone on and it comes on to the "BLU Bold like us screen." Goes off and continues to repeat the same thing over and over.

try this and report back
1. Pullout the batter and wait for about 5 seconds then reinsert the batter
2. Press and hold Volume Up + Volume Down + Power key for some seconds.
3. When you see a menu with two options, remove your hand from buttons. Then hold down the Volume Up to enter Android System Recover.
4. Select the "Wipe data / Factory reset" by using the Volume buttons and press the Power key for confirmation.
5. Choose "Yes--delete all user data". Use Volume Down to scroll and Power button to select.
6. select "reboot system now".
allow the phone to reboot it will take some mins to initialize but not forever.... report back with if not succeed.
i will show u how to flash the phone

this phone is a blu studio 5.5C
did you try the above procedure?
i did n it just show up to half way turning on
when I hold down the volume and power and menu button it comes up factory mode and gives me 8 options
1. essential test
2. PCBA test
3.full test
4.item test
5.test report
6.signaling test
7.GPS
8. Reboot
I go down to reboot and it still gets stuck on the BLU logo it worked fine this morning then it froze so I took the battery out and restarted and now it wont go back to normal.
it did nothing to my phone that instruction is &&^& up mn I'm just a poor kid can't get no more phone

my phone started turning off and kept doing the same thing and its only showing the blu screen logo... and does this none stop...please help
