Mac turns on only after pressing hard near F7

My MacBook wont't turn on. Left at the desk for a night, then turned in at the morning. Fan was working loud, so I quickly switched laptop off and started again. It became silent, but shot down after 3 seconds. MagSafe shows green indicator and doesn't gets hot. Stopped turn on at all. After few days of searching needed screwdriver in Sri Lanka , I noticed that if I push somewhere between F7 and power button it will turn on again for few seconds. Fan is silent.mit shows 47 % battery when I'm luckyntomturn it on after pressing. MagSafe may turn ember, but it doesn't get hot so I assume it does nothing. Smc and the rest of resets do not work.
