I can't turn off or restart my phone.
I received a text and my screen stuck after I responded to the text. I'm getting alerts and phone calls, but my screen is still stuck on the text thread and not responding to touch. I'm not able to turn off, restart or answer calls.

Hi,
Have you tried holding the power button for about 10-15 seconds and see if this forces the phone to shutdown?
