2 Why do all of my copies have alblack line down the center
Every Copy that is made loading in the top feeder has a black line down the center. How do I correct this?

The scan pick-up window that the paper slides past on the top feeder probably has a speck of dust or debris stuck to it. Clean the window with a little glass cleaner and that should resolve the black line.

I have cleaned several times and the line does not move or change in any way.
