My screen is cracked, does anyone know where I can purchase a replacement screen?

There are many websites available for buying parts of the Motorola Droid Turbo. It is very easy. Just look for the part on Google.

Yes, like they said all over. You will have to decide first if the lcd is in tact first. If there is a picture still and only the outer glass is broken an outer lens can be purchased for much less and once the broken glass is removed using a heat gun or heat plate and cleaned off then replacement can be glued on using UV glue or Loca glue same thing. However, the repair is pretty difficult and can result in a broken lcd anyways if your not careful. But, it could mean the difference of $150 or more. So, if you are handy with repairs, it may be worth trying, rather than replacing the whole assembly. Hope this helps.

The screen on my Droid Turbo has also just broken, I know that the lcd screen and touch digitizer are both intact however.
I am curious to know what the exact procedure is for replacing the screen, as I haven't found anything specific online. I happen to already own replacement glass and a heat gun, what else might I need?
I would go as far as to say that I'm already technically proficient and am also willing to risk bricking the phone. Thanks,
