i also have the same problem and always do the same thing by press the volume and power on/off and its works usually. but now its not really work. there are no any response when the phones was charging. it looks died. the hard reset also cannot do anything. whats the problem??!!

Hi,
Connect the phone to a PC (be sure your cable is working).
Try to switch it on. If the PC recognizing your device 90% you have a SW problem. Try to restore the phone:

If your PC does not respond when you connect the device, then the problem is hardware, broken USB connector, logic board damage...
