The screen is black and a voice is saying swipe left to..., portrait or landscape...
etc. Have never had the voice before, nor have I ever had a black screen. Have tried hard reboot to no success.

Hold the button for a full count of 30 seconds, and it should reboot. be sure to have a full charge.
