The Controller is not turning on after soldering a new data cable

Hi, I've soldered a new data cable on my xbox 360 controller but its not turning on. However, when i plug it in my pc, the board of the controller is heating and i feel that it is burning my fingers. What is wrong ? Below are screenshot to show you the solder points. See it and tell me plz. Is the circuits burnt or something? I mean i can see but i'm not sure if its the main cause. Even before it was burnt, the controller was not turning on.
