When pressing the power button. The timer light on the TV turns on then off. You can hear the TV powering up. The lamp is lite in back, but no picture. The lamp then turns off and the standby/temp light and lamp light blink simultaneously. We tried to reset the lamp timer, no changes. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

@union422 "the standby/temp light and lamp light blink simultaneously." is indicating that the lamp cover on rear of the set is not properly shut. Check the microswitch to make sure it closes properly.

Oldturkey03, I can NOT thank you ENOUGH!!!! It worked!!! You just saved me $125. A repair man was coming out today. $125 just to come out and apply to the repair charges. Smh, I would'be been irate to find out this is what I would'be been told. You are TRULY a blessing. If I could tip you I would.

@union422 that is a Samsung model? Do the lights continue to blink or is there a pattern to it?

Yes, it is a Samsung model. And yes, the lights continue to blink intermittently, unless the TV is unplugged.

Yes, the fans turn on.

The model # is HL-T5075S, not HL-T6075S.
