I have a Sansui plasma television (Model No. STY 042) that is not working. There is power on the stand by led and when I press power button it switches but the power board relay switches on and off(clicks) there is no display on the screen, no sound?

What is the model number of the TV?
usually it is easier to replace the strip of LEDs (or all the strips) rather than the individual LED as finding the correct one isn't easy.
Also even if you do find one, then depending on how old the TV is there may be a brightness difference between the replacement LED and the existing original LEDs due to aging, which may be noticeable on the screen when viewing.
Perhaps the easiest way to work out the required voltage if you decide to try and replace the faulty LED is to measure the voltage drop across a strip of working LEDs and then divide that by the number of LEDs in the strip
