How do I replace my output shaft seal: 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan

I just noticed today that I have a leak, it looks as if it coming from my output shaft seal to were right front drive shaft inserts into it and I am needing to know how to replace the output shaft seal and how far the drive shaft is to go inside it? Not sure right now if drive shaft has slipped party out
