The Akku charge electronic fails

Samsung support would charge me a complete mainboard replacement but the tech told me only the part for charging the akku on the mainboard seems to be malfunctioning. Till now i didn't find anybody willing the fix such a small mainboard part. is there hope?

symptoms:

Bluescreens

display flimmer

shutdowns

will sometimes boot to windows but if plugged out and plugged in again, the system crashes

after a few tries the keyboard backlight on one side also disappeared
